Our Journey

Founded in 2014 in Northampton by Ryan Facer, an experienced electrical engineer who previously repaired critical laboratory equipment in the county’s hospitals, we started as a family-run business with a simple goal: to offer thorough, dependable Portable Appliance Testing (PAT) backed by the genuine personal service only a local family team can provide.

As our reputation grew across Northamptonshire and beyond, customers began asking if we could also handle their fire safety needs. We responded by investing in training and expanding our services to include fire extinguisher servicing, fire alarm maintenance, emergency lighting testing and professional fire risk assessments.
